Adding a new email Account to Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

From Toolbar Select Accounts

Step1

Next Select "Mail"

Step2

Now "Add" Mail

Step3

Enter your Real Name or an Alias here

Step4

Enter the email address to use here.(See Note:1)

Step5

Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server. (usually the same.)

Step6

Enter your Primary Account username and password (See Note:2)

Step7 Hit "Finish".

Clean Up Microsoft's Strange Naming system and enable SMTP Relay

Repeat steps 1,2 but on step 3 select the newly setup account mail.mydomain.com "Properties"Step8

Change mail.mydomain.com to something more memorable (see Note:3)

Note:3 Example this can be your username or a nickname for the new account.

Final Required setting to enable you to send emails.

Note:1 Default accounts use webmaster@mydomain.com or postmaster@mydomain.com
for additional email addresses (aliases) contact support.
